HOW THE PROCESS WORKS:
I) THE IDEA
The first step simply begins with an idea. If you can dream it, we can create it.
Bring in an image or drawing of any piece of jewelry, and our team will help bring it to life. If you don't have a starting point, no worries; our designer will help you get your thoughts sketched out on paper. The idea is all that matters!
II) CAD PROCESS
Once a concept is created, we start the CAD (computer-aided design) process. Our designer uses CAD to create a 3-D model of the design for you to see. You can make changes to your future jewelry piece at any time during this stage in the process. We want to ensure our customers that whether the 3D model of your piece is exactly what you want the first time or if it takes a few more tries, we promise to take each step with you until we reach the perfect design.
After the CAD model is approved, we proceed by printing out a 3-D wax model. This helps you get a clear visual of what the design will look like in real life. At this point in the process, we will have you come in store to approve the model. Tweaks and changes can still be made during this time.
III) CASTING
This is the part of the process where your idea becomes reality. We begin by casting in any metal you desire (sterling silver, white gold, yellow gold, rose gold, or platinum).
IV) STONE SETTING, POLISHING, CLEANING
In this stage of the process, your unfinished piece is perfected in every way. Stones are securely handset by our jeweler. Once your stones are set, your piece receives a full clean and polish to ensure the perfect showcase finish.
